Many online casino platforms have VIP programs — but most are VIP in name only. You're expected to read through lengthy FAQ pages, contact customer support just to find out your cashback amount, and wait weeks before any rewards land in your account. At stargame96, we do things differently: our VIP program is transparent, automatic, and requires no extra effort on your part to enjoy.
Cashback is credited automatically every Monday based on your previous week's play activity. No application forms, no complicated rollover requirements, no unreasonable waiting periods. You play, you win or lose, and by Monday — your cashback reward is already in your account. That's how stargame96 values your loyalty, without wasting your time.
Another advantage that many Malaysian players truly appreciate is the ease of deposits and withdrawals. For Diamond members, withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes — whether you're withdrawing RM 500 or RM 50,000. This isn't just a promise; it's the service standard we uphold because we understand that your money is serious business.
Fully supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and online banking via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All deposits are credited within 30 seconds. No hidden fees, no undisclosed deductions — everything you deposit goes directly into your account.
Every time you play at stargame96 — whether it's slots, live baccarat, blackjack, e-sports, or football — you automatically accumulate VIP points. The rate at which you earn points depends on the game type and bet amount. Once your accumulated points reach the threshold for the next tier, your account is upgraded automatically with no manual verification wait.
For example, a player who regularly plays live baccarat at moderate stakes can reach Silver tier within just two to three weeks — depending on frequency and bet size. There's no need for a large one-time deposit; consistency is the key. This program is designed so that everyday players can enjoy VIP benefits without having to be a "whale" first.
Beyond the weekly cashback, the VIP program stargame96 offers a range of other benefits designed to make your gaming experience more enjoyable and rewarding. The birthday bonus is among the most popular — Gold members and above receive a special gift on their birthday, with the value increasing at each VIP tier.
Platinum and Diamond members also have direct access to a dedicated personal account manager — not a bot, not an automated response, but a real person who understands your situation and can assist with deposits, withdrawals, and technical issues more efficiently. For Diamond members, this VIP manager is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In addition, Diamond VIP members receive invitations to exclusive events hosted by stargame96 from time to time — including private tournaments with cash prizes, free play sessions, and curated physical gifts. This is our way of showing appreciation to those who have stayed with us and made stargame96 a part of their entertainment routine.
Most importantly, your VIP tier never drops automatically. Once you reach a tier, you keep that status for as long as your account remains active. This gives you complete peace of mind to play at your own pace, without worrying about losing the status you worked hard to earn.

VIP points accumulate across all categories — slots, baccarat, blackjack, e-sports, and football all count. Playing a variety of games keeps things fresh while speeding up your points progress.
Playing consistently every day — even at moderate stakes — is more effective for climbing the tiers than placing large bets occasionally. The stargame96 VIP system rewards sustained activity.
The weekly reload bonus for Silver members and above can effectively double the value of your deposit every week. That means more playing time on the same budget, which directly speeds up your tier progression.
Stargame96 occasionally runs VIP point multiplier promotions on select days. Keep an eye on the promotions section and plan your sessions around those days to rack up points twice as fast.
